The content of this Code of Conduct applies to all members and must be adhered to at all times.
It is a condition of membership to ECAS that this code of conduct is followed by all members breaking this code may result in your membership being withdrawn with no chance of re-joining.
Our code of conduct policy outlines the appropriate behaviour members are expected to follow whilst visiting any of ECAS venues towards other members and our neighbours. This policy applies to all our members regardless of position within the club.
All members must protect our club's legality. They should comply with all environmental and safety rules. We expect fairness to other members. We expect members, to be ethical and responsible. All members should respect other members. We won't allow any kind of discriminatory behaviour, harassment or victimization.
All members should treat our club's property, fences and equipment whether material or intangible, with respect and care. Not to be damaged in any way or removed.
All members should treat any neighbours with the same respect regarding property and decent behaviour towards them.
All locks on gates or toilets should be locked immediately after use and the numbers spun to avoid use by non-members.
The club may have to take disciplinary action against members who repeatedly or intentionally fail to follow our code of conduct. Disciplinary actions will vary depending on the violation. This may result in loss of membership with no chance of re-joining.
